Wanadoo began deploying an LLU network in late 2005 to offer 8Mbps ADSL ahead of BT Wholesale's IPStream Max launch in February 2006. Also in 2006, Wanadoo rebranded to Orange and joined the "free broadband" bandwagon.
Orange began providing us their LLU coverage data since early 2008, just after they announced differential pricing for on-net (LLU) and off-net (IPStream) areas.
