As some of you have noticed already, I have added data pertaining to BT’s upcoming ADSL Max product, which offers up to 8Mbps downstream over your existing ADSL hardware. I’m currently listing 53 enabled exchange, 5247 with a RFS date and 151 with no planned roll-out date yet. Please keep in mind that the RFS dates listed are tentative at the moment, and it is quite possible that they will change over the coming weeks.

In line with the addition of Be, Wanadoo, Zen and now ADSL Max data to the site, I have updated the XML availability checker with this information. Updated documentation is not yet online for this, but the interface is exactly same with the following new arguments available to the “checks” parameter: ‘btadslmax’, ‘be’, ‘zen’ and ‘wanadoo’. Further, and more significant, updates will be made to the checkers over the coming weeks.
