Bulldog offering 4Mbps outside of M25.

Today we have been informed that Bulldog is offering LLU services outside of M25.
The 7 areas are listed below:
Hemel Hempstead, Herts
Leagrave, Luton
Luton, Luton
Hoddesdon, Herts
Bedford, Bedfordshire
Basildon, Essex
Boreham, Chelmsford

In addition they have enabled a further 11 exchanges within the M25 to bring the total to 78.

Interestingly they list Uxbridge as being unbundled but our checks show it as not.
