BT have today announced the reduction in cost of IPStream ADSL (the standard type of connection) migrations from £35 +VAT to £11 +VAT. Whilst this is a wholesale price, most ISP’s will pass on this price saving to end-users, effectively

BT have this morning announced that they are to scrap the preregistration scheme and replace it with a pre-ordering system.

Some interesting videos produced by BT Retail have found their way on to the internet. These are very much marketting videos, so don’t expect a great deal of technical content. However, the flexible bandwidth one is interesting - particularly the way the user was able to boost their bandwidth mid-download. Whether this is actually makes

The ADSL availability checker on BT.com/broadband has been recently updated to a new version.

Following numerous requests for “prettier” exchange graphs, I’ve finally caved in and made an attempt at it.
Standard graphs

Linear graphs

The only two colour schemes are blue and green at the moment. If you have any suggestions for them, I’ll happily consider them. They only take a second to add if need be.
These new graphs

I’ve implemented a few addtions and changes to the site in the past few days.
