With 5 the LLU providers offering service and 2 others considering LLU as a viable way forward, London is getting a little crowded with providers.
The map here shows the number of providers per exchange.
Key.
Green – 3 Providers
Yellow – 2 Providers
Purple – 1 Provider
This shows LLU services only, not standard BT provided ADSL or SDSL.

Bulldog produce further rollout

Bulldog have rolled out to a further 8 exchanges this time 7 in London and the final area is Stevenage.
The exchanges are:

Colindale
Deptford
Kensington Gardens
Norbury
Stevenage
Thornton Heath
West Kensington

Bulldog offering 4Mbps outside of M25.

Today we have been informed that Bulldog is offering LLU services outside of M25.
The 7 areas are listed below:
Hemel Hempstead, Herts
Leagrave, Luton
Luton, Luton
Hoddesdon, Herts
Bedford, Bedfordshire
Basildon, Essex
Boreham, Chelmsford
In addition they have enabled a further 11 exchanges within the M25 to bring the total to 78.

BT Launch IP Stream Home 2000

Following a successful three month trial, BT Wholesale have announced that the trial for IP Stream 2000 has completed and the product will be launched on the 10/02/2005.
