Delays on recently enabled exchanges
UK-Bug is today running the story that 31 recently commissioned exchanges are suffering delays with respect to end-user orders for ADSL.
Whilst rumours of this have been circulating for a few weeks now, this is the first quantative data detailing the delays and their expected resolution times.
With approximately 70 exchanges being enabled per week at the moment, this is the busiest time for BT’s engineering teams. Hopefully there will be no similar delays over the coming months.
