The Current BT Trial still does not meet the ICO OPTI-N only though, since all those in the IP Pool have their data mirrored by BT whether or not they OPT-IN or OPT-OUT; it&#039;s the only way the system can reliably tell if the Triallist is still opted in or opted out.

This is the main bug in this System &amp; will always tend to happen when Protocols intended to prevent such intrusions are subverted!

I wonder if anyone at BT or elsewhere has done any Independent Security Audit on the Software employed in this Profiler; especially since it is connected to the BT Infrastructure which has potential implications for National Security &amp; Communications Reliabilty!
