Bulldog unbundle more exchanges

Future Easynet rollout planned

Today BSkyB outlined plans to bring the total number of LLU exchanges to 750 by the end of 2006 and 1,200 by 2007. This is equivalent to about 70 percent of homes, their current rollout only reaches 20 percent of homes in the UK.

UKOnline Release 24Meg

UkOnline have been conducting trials with parent company Easynet since March this year.
In reaction to Be Unlimited offering consumer trials of the 24Meg service in the London area, UkOnline are looking at beginning consumer trials immediately.

UKOnline announces 8Mbps ADSL

UKOnline, a subsidary of EasyNet, have announced their plans to launch 8Mbps broadband for £39.99 from April next year. The service is unsurprisingly based upon EasyNet’s LLU deployment, meaning that it should be available at 236 exchanges nationwide by the time of release.

Easynet have announced yesterday that they have now unbundled 200 exchanges for their services, which operate at up to 8Mbps.
The total number of Easynet exchanges now stands at 201, with the addition of the following 19 exchanges since the end of May.

BT Wholesale slashes LLU charges
