BT Wholesale release a further 1200 activation dates for WBC

At the tail end of last week BT Wholesale published an update to it’s Wholesale Broadband Connect (WBC) rollout data. The update brings expected Ready For Service (RFS) dates for a further 1200 telephone exchanges nationwide.
WBC, as we discuss at length in our guide, is BT’s next generation wholesale product that is sold to ISPs.

Fibre trial in Ebbsfleet - More Fogg than analysis

The BBC News website reports criticism by analyst Ian Fogg that BT Openreach’s forthcoming fibre trial at Ebbsfleet will be “too slow”. He opines that a trial should use the fastest technology available.
