User survey - your feedback is important!
It’s a brand new year and I’d like to bring some brand new features to the website. I’ve already added the mapping engine and the address based availability checker since the start of the year, and now I’d like to get your feedback on what else you would like to see.
In this spirit, I have put together a short survey and I’d very much appreciate it if you completed it.
The site attracts a diverse audience nowadays - broadband consumers, techies, businesses and even the ISPs all use the site. I’m all too aware that the site is currently geared towards those who know a lot about the broadband market already, and this is something I’m anxious to improve upon.
So if you’d classify yourself as a “broadband consumer” I’d particularly love to hear from you and find out what you’d like to see on the site. This could be anything - from more consumer related articles (news, reviews, features) right through to new tools to better diagnose problems with your broadband connection.
